Villalagos+

Untitled were commissioned by a property developer to design a new visual identity for Villalagos, a development of thirteen exceptional modern homes being built in Punta del Este, Uruguay. Each property is designed and built to the very highest standards and Untitled was asked to create an identity and visual language to work throughout the whole development, including stationery, brochures, uniforms, signage and a website. The logotype is a simple ‘V’, which we carved into the wall of their gate house. The visual identity was expanded further to include graphic references to the local eucalyptus trees. One of the most interesting applications for these floral patterns is the sliding drilled-steel gates that guard the front entrance.
