Self Publish, Be Happy+

Bruno Ceschel commissioned Untitled to design a logotype and visual identity for his new project, Self Publish, Be Happy. His aim is to celebrate and promote self-published photobooks through events (such as fairs, exhibitions and workshops), publications and a platform to give others wider online exposure. The logotype is inspired by letterpress theatre posters and is a subtle homage to the work started by Guttenberg who kick-started the self-publishing industry when he invented the world’s first letterpress in the mid-15th century.
